    At the developers homepage there is a statement that anyone translating the plugin into a new language will be provided with the pro version free of charge.

    I did a rudimentary translation to get things going and sent it to the developer. After two email reminders I received the current pro version by email. This, however, was a one off. I will not be able to receive updates on the pro version and was encouraged to buy it instead.

    This is clearly unacceptable business practices!

    @lsoderst,

    Thanks for getting to us. Note that we do provide the product package. The thing is that you don’t get the license but the plugin. License is when you are allowed to receive updates within a specified period of timing. Note that we have kept our promise of providing you a product. This is how translation with a plugin option work.

    Note that regardless of non-updating version if you have any questions or issues, our support system is always happy to help you out.

    In any case we have added the product to your account as an exception of a rule. You will be able to download updates for 6 months from here. Thanks.
