Disgraceful paywall

  • It is inconceivable that ShortPixel could implement such a money-grabby move as making this plugin not just paid, but not even included for any ShortPixel customers who are paying for their regular plugin or the CDN. And there aren’t incredible new features that are paywalled; they just locked up features that were previously free. Truly disgraceful. I expected better from ShortPixel.

    Developing and supporting a free plugin takes a lot of time, effort, and money. It’s disheartening to see that while you didn’t take the time to leave a positive review after using our plugin, you did take the time to leave a negative one ??

    Maybe you can suggest a better approach on how we could be supported in maintaining this free plugin?
