As an art display this theme is beautiful, but it suffer a frequent problem I see when web designers put beauty over functionality.

All the navigation features are difficult to distinguish because of lack of contrast, you have to hover over almost white text on white background to make them look whitish-grey over white, which is still very poor contrast; links are almost the same color as normal text; the button that let’s you show the “sidebars” (lower part of the pages) is almost invisible.

Summarizing, not a usable theme for me.

Could you elaborate on what wasn’t functional so that the theme author can try to prevent this from occurring for other people? Things didn’t function?

I do agree with the contrast issues.

When the navigational tools of a website are very difficult to see, then there is a serious problem of functionality because navigation is one of the core features of almost any website, and of the Web as a whole.

What I think the author can do to fix this is clear from my original post: put more contrast and style links to help distinguish them from normal text.
