Actually, the issue doesn’t come from the wpDiscuz plugin.

As you may see this is the Ultimate member support topic.

In the future releases, we’ll try to find some workaround for this issue.

Unfortunately, that solution doesn’t work. I have the following error:
Cannot redeclare um_filter_get_avatar_url() (previously declared in wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/core/um-filters-avatars.php:58)

Is there any way to hide that avatar through css? I mean only that problem avatar who appears in reply form but not avatars in comments themselves.

I’ve found a solution:

#wpcomm .wc_comm_form.wc_main_comm_form .wc-field-textarea .wpdiscuz-textarea-wrap textarea
{
    padding: 10px 78px 0px 10px;
}

.wc-field-avatararea
{
	display:none !important;
}

It will hide avatar in comment form but not hide avatars in comments.
