Discussion Board unable to comment

Hi everyone,

I am trying to do a test topic on my site using DiscussionBoard Pro, which is working fine. However, when I am trying to do a test comment, I keep getting a warning at the bottom that says “Please login to comment”, even though I am already logged in. I am using a test account to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you tried tweaking the user’s settings under Discussion Board >> Settings >> Users?

Also please ensure that the Pages under Discussion Board >> Settings >> General has been set to the designated pages.

Sometimes “Please login to comment” keeps on displaying due to WP general settings. It would be best to revisit your General Settings from Settings >> Discussions.

the settings are set to their necessary requirements, and as well as for the discussion, but still getting the same result.

May we suggest sending screenshots of your WP Discussion board settings to help us replicate the issue? Also please include the screenshot of the test account details for checking.

I cannot upload the files. Every time I try to, there is only the option to provide a URL, and not to select the local files. I cannot drag and drop either. Is there a way I can provide them a different way?
