discussion about aligning text and images

  • I asked several questions here, and doodlebee was kind enough to answer; I asked her questions back, but I cannot find that discussion here, even though it was in the past day. Was the discussion removed because it was somehow critical of wp? Or did the mods think things were resolved? they are not, actually, and now that the original message and discussion do not appear here, my questions to followup Doodlebee’s answer will not be answered…

  • No it wasn’t removed. If you click on the View your profile link in the top right you’ll see all the topics that you’ve posted in and created, it will be there. You can also click the member or moderator link under anyone’s name to find all the topics they’ve posted in.

    Jeremy. That function stopped working (in any browser that I use) since the forum changed (the “threads started” part that is).

    Jeremy, I did find it by clicking on a “saved” version of the page that I bookmarked in my browser; but when i went to search for it in this forum, I didn’t find it under the title of the original thread. That is– I scrolled through and didn’t find it… and last night when I posted a reply to it, it did NOT show up at the top of the forum… which is why I started to wonder what happened to it.

    I’ve found it again, and now it has posted with my follow-on questions.

    Gangleri: There was a problem with that at one time, but it’s been fixed for a while now.

    Actually Gangleri I don’t either, I had just thought it was because I hadn’t started any in a while but I see that the ones had started where in the recent replies column. Maybe a recent upgrade caused the problem to reoccur, I’ll see on the forum mailing list if anyone might know.

    Ahh, yes. Threads started is still broken. I thought you meant the replies bit. My bad.
