Hi there,

I have noticed that for some products, the corresponding attribute is missing the product description, even though the description has been properly set up in the system.

I have checked the product pages and verified that the descriptions are present. However, when I generate the product feed using your plugin, some descriptions are missing. This is causing issues with my product listings on external platforms.

I have tried to troubleshoot the issue myself, but have not been able to find a solution.

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Did you add your product descriptions in the main description field or the short description field on your product edit pages. Or a combination of both?

Are you sure that this is also the case for the products that have the product description missing in your feed?

Are you sure your feed is still properly updating at all?

yes the field mapping is correct:

And the feed is updating properly. Just made a small change to a product and it changed in the feed as well.

That is strange, it really should be working.

Can you share the following with us:
- The plugin debug.log URL so we can have a closer look at your feed configuration? This is how you can retrieve it: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
- The product feed URL itself.
