  • i confirm that. the stats in the lasts 4-5 days doesn’t work properly, but with some reason, the problem of lost views, corrected in the coming hours, with the lost views appears in statistics.

Mine stats today: Jetpack:30.985 pageviews, google analytics: 42.250 pageviews

Thanks for confirming this, @aldon. I only noticed this today. Yesterday my stats still worked fine. I hope this will be solved soon.

I have also seen a delay in stats reporting over the past couple of days.

I just posted a thread similar to this before I saw your post. Having the same issue with discrepancy between dashboard and wordpress.com. Also seems lower overall than yesterday (when it was working correctly). Hopefully a fix will be coming soon given many are experiencing it.

Still seeing this problem and still no response from wordpress.com?

    Jetpack is rapidly becoming useless.

I still haven’t seen any reply either and my stats suck at this moment. I don’t understand why we do not get any solution for this…

Well the issue is obviously being ignored so I’ve switched to google analytics instead.

    and the issue continues….

If you need help, best to start your own threads – every time someone posts in this one, it goes to the end of the queue – and the JetPack support people answer oldest to newest – so you’ve now put the OP at the end of the line – not cool. Please read over the forum guidelines – in particular –

Caching settings are different on your site and on WordPress.com, so there might indeed be small differences for your most recent stats. However, when looking at your stats from yesterday and older dates the numbers should be the same.

In general, it’s best to wait until the day is over before to look at your stats for the day, to make sure WordPress.com can take all recorded visits and build a proper count of unique visitors.

I hope this clarifies things a bit.

Quick update on this: there are issues with one our data centres at the moment, and that’s most likely what’s causing the issue. We’re working on it.

No worries though, you’re not losing any data: visits are still being recorded on your site, and your stats will get back to normal over the next few weeks.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
