Discrepancy in email followers count

    When I view email followers, some of my blogs show a count for “email followers” that is clearly different to those listed below it.

    Does anybody know why this is?

  • Hi @greenpandaim,

    Our system showed a mismatch in follower numbers for octagoncreative.co.uk, so I’ve cleared the cache on our end. It would be great if you could double check whether the “Followers” list still shows profile images for more than 4 people.

    Let me know if that makes a difference.

    It wasn’t for that blog, but if the answer is simply that the number caches, that’s good enough for me. I can let my client know.

    Hi @greenpandaim,

    I’ve also cleared the cache for that site — hopefully the follower numbers will match up now but come back to me if they don’t.
