    I have an issue with Mailjet.

    I have only one form configured to add subscriptions to a unique list. Despite having around 200 subscribers in my single list, Mailjet indicates a total of 2000 contacts.

    I asked the support about this some time ago but it replied “Please note that support is only available during the first 30 days on the Free plan, which is not the case here. If you wish to access support, please consider upgrading your plan.”.

    So I dropped this problem at the time, but now, this is particularly crucial as the free version is now limited to 1500 contacts, leading to the suspension of my account.

    Can anyone provide insights into what these additional 1800 contacts might be? Are they genuine contacts that weren’t properly added to the list, or are they error contacts that I can safely remove?
