Discrepancy between WC and Stripe charges

    Hi – We’ve encountered two transactions where Woo Commerce charges one price but Stripe charges another price. We’ve sought support from Woo Commerce and Stripe but both vendors keep pushing us back to WebToffee.

    Transaction 1: WooCommerce showed a charge of $370.00. Stripe charged $405.00. This is a difference of $35. The customer was charged more than the website said.

    Transaction 2: WooCommerce showed a charge of $359.13. Stripe charged $340.27. This is a difference of $18.86. The customer was charged less than the website said

    Are there any recommended diagnostics for determining the issue? I have reviewed the WebToffee Stripe logs (successful and failed) but these only appeared to capture a limited number of recent transactions. Is there a way to increase the time span or number of transactions captured?

    Are you using any coupon, tax or shipping-related third-party plugins on your site? Sometimes, the order information might not be fully transferred to Stripe from your site due to non-compatibility with third-party plugins. To get a better understanding of the issue, we would like to view the order details of both of these orders.

    Please share the screenshots of these orders and their Stripe logs as well.

    In live mode, users can only access request logs created within the last 15 months from the Dashboard.
    In test mode, users can only see request logs created in the last 90 days from the Dashboard.
