    Good morning,
in my course I have a maximum enrolment of 50, in fact 50 people have enrolled so the course is full, but in the frontend it shows 48 enrolled, while in the backend it is 50.
This does not happen for all courses, only for some. At first I thought it was because some people had registered with the same e-mail, but I checked and in this course there are no registrations with the same e-mail.

I am sending screenshots so you can understand

    Can you help me?

Hi @laura_lapulceweb, sorry to hear about this. Thanks for sharing more information here. The shared capacity feature has a known issue that causes mismatches. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I have added your case to it. Thanks for all the details, I will definitely pass it along to our devs.

I am unable to provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but you’ll be notified when there are any updates.

Since you have an active license and for us to help you better, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk. Also, for us to follow WordPress Forum Guidelines in regard to premium users.

Again, thank you for your patience. Hang in there.

    Best,
    Abz

    Hi @laura_lapulceweb ,

With our latest release of?Event Tickets 5.5.5, we fixed the bug causing incorrect ticket shared capacity amounts in events in the Month or List View. Please be sure to review our full?Release Notes?for more details and update your plugin whenever you get a chance.

As always, we suggest testing updates on a staging site first and having a recent backup, but it should all be smooth sailing. If you implemented any workarounds, you can remove them after updating the plugins.

If you still have issues after updating to the latest releases, please open a new support case and include any specific details and screenshots if possible.

    Have a great day,
    Gladys
