    Hi @emilywil

I might be mistaken but I don’t think your discount page functionality is working properly.

First of all I’ve discounted multiple products but none of them are displaying properly in the grid. Lets jut take your demo account for example: On page one only “5 of 17” are displaying, when it should be “10 of 17”. Also when you change the sort order; only then 9 of the 10 items show but then on the 2nd page only 3 items are displayed — which probably means that 5 items are missing in the grid.

On my store, I have over 30 items items on sale; but not all of them are displaying on the discount page; which makes me think how are these discounted products being set? Does it display all the marked down items from the plugin or also those set from the woocommerce products list page? In the demo account I discounted the keyboard through simple pricing but when i checked the discounted products page it wasn’t there in the product grid?

Lastly as I had alluded to in a previous thread, does the discount page only show marked down products or does it also show all the offers and promos currently available on the site… for instance if there is a cart discount set after hitting a threshold value; or a BOGO deals on offer all this should be displayed in the discounts page and via a short code; rather than just marked down items.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Kind Regards

OK, we will check it out and let you know the feedback.

Please let us know how you created pricing rules. You can include your pricing rules screenshots.

It considers the pricing rules + WooCommerce onsale products. It doesn’t work with cart discount rules.

Also, it is not possible to select a product for complicated conditions.

At the end, I should say that selecting and filtering onsale products are complicated and has performance issues because of the conditions and advanced selections.

We checked the discounted products on the demo website and it is working fine.

Some of the products was hidden and we edited those products visibility and now it shows them.

On your website, you can try with another theme.

Also, you can try the same rule on our demo website to make sure that it is working fine. Make sure that you are disabled other pricing rules.

Just please note that some of the products are hidden on the demo website.

In case the rule is working fine on the demo website, but doesn’t work on your website then there is a conflict on your site causes this issue.

    • Try with another theme.
    • Try to deactivate other plugins and only keep WooCommerce + Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing plugin.
    • Edit one of pricing rules and click on the save button to clear the cache.
    • Try again and if it works fine this time activate other plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes the issue.

    Hi @emilywil

This is still not appearing correctly, just for example on my site; I applied a simple discount store wide for all products ( I have about 90 products that are not hidden) but they discount page is stating “Showing 1–10 of 24 results” and on the first page only 2 items are displaying.

Also instead of “targeting all products” I thought I’ll go by “product list by category”. The category has 30 products listed under it but on the discount page only 3 results are showing.

That, being said I have to go over your demo account again to know for sure where the error might lie. I’ll revert back again soon.

    Kind Regards
