Discounts not applying

  • To put it simply, this plugin is just not working on one of our sites.

    To demonstrate, this product has tiered pricing set up using your plugin. The first tier should take ￡1 off each copy of this item in the cart if the customer has 6 to 9 copies added. However, if one adds 6 to 9 copies of this item to their cart, said discount will not have been applied, even though the message “￡1 discount applied” shows in the cart, at checkout and even on the e-mail receipt.

    The plugin is up to date, as is WordPress, while WooCommerce is at the time of writing at version 3.0.6.

    UPDATE – I have updated WooCommerce to version 3.0.7, but the issue persists.

    If it’s any help, here is a screenshot of the settings I have applied to the product mentioned in my original post.

    What theme do you use? Does the problem persist when you temporarily change the theme to Twenty Fourteen?

    The site is based on a custom theme we had made for us by a design firm, who also host our sites. They have a test copy of this site, so I’ll see if switching themes on there will rectify the issue.

    I have just tested switching back to Twenty-Fifteen, and I’m afraid the issue still persists.

    And just now I have tested this without any other plugins (bar WooCommerce of course) active, and still no dice.

    Where you able to get this fixed @lewisimplantium? I’m having a similar issue.
    I’m trying to take $1 off each item when a customer purchases 5 or more of something and it’s just not working.
    I have the same plugin on another site and no issues…

    Hi there, I’m afraid I don’t know what to suggest as I just ended up going with an alternative plugin. Hope you can resolve your issue!
