• We have a slightly out of the norm situation, but I think it may lead to the same issue for others.

    – When a user updates quantity on a product and adds to cart, the discount works fine.
    – When a user adds to cart, then refreshes page (or goes elsewhere and then back to that page) and adds another to cart, discount not applied.

    Trying to find a work around, but this is the situation we are facing at this time. Any help would be appreciated.

    Please specify your steps and post some screenshot.
    I’ll check it again.

    I am also having this problem. I have a discount of a product and when a customer puts the same product with different add-ons in the cart, it takes out the discount.

    I have the same problem. If the customer adds a product and adds it again, it does not give a discount. If the customer adds 2 in one go, it will give the discount.
