Discounts have stopped functioning at checkout

    This product allows UK customers to buy with either Credit Card or Direct Debit. Direct Debit offers a -7 discount (￡30 instead of ￡37). It last worked for a customer on Jan 14th 2023, yesterday Jan 30th the discount does not appear when ‘Direct Debit’ is chosen at checkout, customer checked out with full price. I tested this myself today and verified the error, cleared cache, checked product rules have not been changed. Nothing was done in admin for two weeks. I tried upgrades today to plug-ins but didn’t help. Any ideas? Thanks, Matt.
    P.S. chose country United Kingdom to test Direct Debit discount.
