Discounts don’t show consistently

    I love how this plugin works, but I can’t get the discounts to show up consistently.

    First, I see the discounts on some browsers/devices but not others even when I clear all caches and restart the browsers. Any idea what could cause this?

    Second, The discount shows on my specific product detail pages, but not on the shop page where multiple products are shown on the same page. The regular price shows without any discount. But when I click a product to the specific product page I see the discount.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We haven’t come across any caching issues till now, can you please get a screenshot of the plugin list (so that we can check if there any conflicts with any of the plugins), also please share the screenshots of the discount rules.

    Also please note most of our discount rules shows the discount in the cart page (applied as virtual coupons). Please check if it getting applied on the cart page.
