Discounts do not seem to work at all

I have just downloaded the plugin and installed it, and I have configured a base rule, which does not seem to be doing anything. So i deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce v6.9.2 and this plugin v2.4.4, as well I switched to the Twenty Twenty-Two theme. And yet it is not working.

Any advice?

My enabled filter is Products adjustment.
My filter is All products
My discount is percentage 10
My Rule is match all line item count >= 6, only count items chosen in this filter
There are no limits and the rule is running
