Discounted prices are not showing on instagram store with Woocommerce

    Hi,

    I’ve been using the ‘Facebook for Woocommerce’ plugin to show my products from my facebook catalog in my Instagram Store. Everything works fine but I have a problem with discounted prices not showing.

    Products with a discounted price are showing the old price.

    Is there a way to solve this issue?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you please try a full product sync and see if that fixes things?

    You can start a sync by going to WP-admin > Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync and then clicking the sync button.

    This may take some time to complete depending on a number of factors including the number of products you have on your site.

    yes I already tried but it doesn’t seem to change.

    Thanks for the update!

    Can you please send us a screenshot of the Facebook tab of one of the affected products in the editor so we can double check your settings?

    Additionally, It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
