Discount to every product if have some specific quantity

Bulk price add discount to entire cart.But i need like if customer add 10 units of a product to cart he should have discount to every product.
for exampleif product price is $10, 10 products were selected and dicount is $1 then it should be added to every products and total cost should be $90.
