Discount removed when adding multiple products

I am using this plugin to do bulk discounts and it is working fine for that. However I have found the discounts break when you add multiple products to the cart. I have a few variations of the product I use this on. The bulk discounts start at 20, then at 100.
If I add 100 to my cart, it’s great. If I add 20 of a different variation of the product, it’s great, both have the correct discount for their quantities.
But then if I add just 1 of another variation of the same product, the price of all 3 changes to the normal price, no more discounts. Any ideas what causes this?
