When trying to take a look I can see the website is down.

Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Thanks for sending over your system status.

Your Veera theme is overriding the single product page. Have you already tried to switch the theme to Storefront and check if that helps? If you see the discount then you may want to report the issue to your theme authors.
