Discount price for > 5 items but of different products

Hello.

Can your plugin offer a bulk-discount for more than X number of items purchased but these items need not be of one product only….??? They can be of multiple products, but if they buy more than 10 items they get a discounted price.

e.g.
3 bags + 4 hats + 4 shoes = more than 10 items.
So they get a discount off their Total Final Price.

is this possible..???
