Discount Percentage

  • Hi, sorry if this question as been asked before but cant find anything related that mentions the issue im having.

    Here goes. Ive created memberships and sicounts and everything is in place except that there is no place to input the DISCOUNT PERCENTAGE. This then cannot be subtracted from the checkout page so the CODE cannot be applied to the checkout price. Thanks

    Sorry forgot to ask my question which is: Where do I input the % off value of the discount. Cheers.

    Hi,

    There currently is not a way to enter a % for a discount value, however, when you are creating a discount code, you can check off which levels the code should apply to, and enter values for those levels accordingly. For instance, if you had a level that had an initial cost of $50, and you want to offer 50% off, you would create a discount code and set the initial payment of the code to be $25.
