    Thank you for using our plugin and for your question.

    You should reorder rules and the rule that gives more discount should be on top of other rules.

    In the orders list you can reorder rules by drag and drop feature.

    The rules that gives more discount should be have a top priority with the “apply mode” set to the “apply this rule and disregard other rules”.
