Discount only after first item

    I have been trying your demo to create a scenario where a person buys 2 of an item and ONLY the 2nd and up item gets a discount. First item stays at full price.

    I.e. ￡60 first item 2nd item 50% discount.

    I used Buy X get X on your demo site but despite setting it so miinimum = 2 and maximim – 100, zero free items and percentage discount of 50% your demo site does not action any discount.

    Can you help please.

    Are you trying to apply 50% off on second quantity, if customer buys 2 of the same product?

    Hi There

    On your demo site I have set up a Buy X get X with min qty 2 max qty 100 zero free items but 50% discount. I then applied it to all products on your demo site and saved it.

    When I go to the demo site I select the Beanie, edit the cart to two units and the price remains at US$36 instead of the correct amount of US$27.

    I will submit images on your support page.

    We had a check in our demo and it seems discount applies correctly as per configuration.
