    I have a discount coupon created in woocommerce but it is also being applied to shipping how do I make it apply only to products?

    Is not any option on restrictions page in the coupon

    Hi @rablebdigital,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The default WooCommerce Coupon will offer a discount (percentage or a fixed amount) to the whole cart or a certain product. Thus, the coupon discount is not applied to shipping since shipping charges are not cart items.

    Are you able to share a screenshot of your coupon settings under Marketing > Coupons, New Coupon > General. Here’s how to make a screenshot: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/.

    Hi @rablebdigital,

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. It’s quite unusual that the coupon code is affecting your shipping as well. Just curious, does this apply to all of your products or only specific products?
