Discount not working with excluded products

    First, thank you for this plugin, I have used it in the past few months from some basic sales and it worked great. However, I am now trying to run a sale where a certain category of items is excluded. I set up the Product Category and Product ID list with no problem. However when I set the rules to exclude these items, no discount is applied on the site AT ALL!! Please Help!

    Also, When I clicked the “open ticket” link, it led me to a forum for a different product.

    Thank you for your quick reply. The link you posted leads to a community forum, so I created a post there. Not sure if that is your ticketing system?
