Discount not removed (in combination with "WooCommerce Conditional Shipping")

Hello,

We have been using your very happily while building a new website. Recently, the client wanted us to add the Woocommerce plugin “WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments” (https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-conditional-shipping-and-payments/).

Now, when the user has selected a payment method with discount, then selects a shipment method which this payment method isn’t available for, the payment method disappears, but the discount stays.

I hope you can support us please, this is in combination with an official Woocommerce plugin after all.
