Discount not applied on feeds

    Hi guys,

    I have been having problems with your, on the other hand great and useful plugin.

    I’m currently sending product feeds to Facebook and therefore Instagram Store and to Doofinder, a 3rd party search engine for the store.

    The problem I’m having is that, having checked the XML of the feed, the only g:sale_price that appear are the ones where the discount has been applied manually to the products (outside using your plugin we discount some products manually).

    So, when the prices show up on instagram store or on the search engine, they show up as full price for the items where the discount is applied via your plugin even when said discount is fully functional store wide.

    How can we solve this?

    Hi

    Are you using a Price based rule or a cart based rule ?

    If a price based rule, does the discount apply right from quantity 1 or different?

    Our plugin is a dynamic discount plugin that runs on various conditions and rules.

    For example: you may have “Buy Product A and B, get 10% discount on cheapest of them”

    Please open a ticket at https://www.flycart.org/support with the type discount your have configured. We can check and let you know if they can be applied via the XML feed.
