Discount not applied during checkout

    Hello;

    Thanks for a great plugin. Very nice, except there seems to be a ‘glitch’ of sort, unless I am doing something wrong.

    Currently I have the coupon appear and when user clicks the X have the icon move to the topbar using CSS to accomplish that.

    The customer can click on the gift icon at anytime to request the discount code, which I have set to apply automatically during checkout.

    Everything works as intended except when the gift box is clicked on whilst the customer is already on the checkout page and now wants to subscribe to get the discount. The discount is never applied to the checkout page. The customer is forced to cancel the order, clear out the shopping basket, order again and fill out the coupon voucher before she checks out.

    How can I fix this so that the discount is applied even when a customer is already on the checkout page?

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    It seems the problem just happens on your site. I guess there is a conflict between this plugin with the 3rd plugin on your site, please try to test with WooCommerce and this plugin only.
