    Hello

    We have set up your plugin to do a bulk discount. When we set up and tested everything worked. Now we notice that the discount is not added to the products and nothing works. Is there a problem with the plugin? We did not change anything in the settings, so we do not understand why it is not working.

    Now I see that on our site we got this message ‘This rule is not running currently: Validity expired’ We have installed this plugin last week. Is the free version limited to a number of days to use? We installed this plugin the day before yesterday on another site and the discount was supposed to come online yesterday evening and again the plugin is not working. Can you use it only for 1 day?

    Just to confirm, have you set validity for bulk discount at the very of rule?

    If so, you can remove validity and have a check on the same.

    What do you mean? Should you enter a date and time there or should you leave it empty? There is now a date filled in here and this worked when we tested everything and now it does not work anymore

    Thanks for the reply.

    If you would like to set validity for discount then you can set start and end date for discounts using validity setting.

    Or else, we can leave it as empty. So that there will not be any validity for that specific rule.
