discount is not applied

    Hi, I’m trying to use the plugin but the discount doesn’t seem to work.
    There is a “first order discount” but doesn’t seem to work.

    Can you please deactivate, reactivate plugin and save configurations once?

    @vourlismenos Can you please make sure you cart page implements woocommerce_before_cart hook?

    @vidishp cart.php in the woocommerce folder has:
    “do_action( ‘woocommerce_before_cart’ );”

    the same line is included in the template override of the theme

    Ok, now if you visit cart page after adding to cart, the coupon should automatically be applied. Can you make a loom video or something?

    Or may be you can use our premium support for faster resolution.

    still nothing.
    The website is customised a lot, so there might be something there conflicting and it was not built by me, so I have no idea what is going on there. I’ll check with owner and come back with premium support.
