Discount is being applied in cart even though it should not

    I have setup it like this where it should not apply discount where product tag contains the word “winter”.
    In short:

    If product contains tag “winter” then do not apply discount.
    If product does not contain tag “winter” then apply discount.

    All good BUT one big problem is when you add a “winter” product where discount was not applied, once you go into cart then you will see that discount has been applied.
    So it goes like this:

    1. User sees product which contain tag “winter”
    2. No discount is applied
    3. User adds product in cart
    3. User goes to cart and now he will see that discount has been applied

    So basically this plugin is completely useless.

    I’m sorry about the hassles.
    Do you mind showing us a screenshot of the configured discount? This issue probably exists because of 1 of 2 reasons:

    1. The discount was not set up adequately.
    2. There’s a conflicting theme/plugin within your WordPress Environment.
