Discount Increases Every Time I Refresh The Page?

  • Sorry, the link is to a couple of screenshots because the website itself only allows logged in users to see pricing.

    I have a rule setup as a Fixed Discount on a few SKUs (for this case we will say SKU #60). There are multiple variations in size, but the base price for all is $23.95. I checked the “Bulk Discount” checkbox, entered the min. qty as 12, and a discount of 0.95. It’s setup so that the qty includes all variations, so you can have 6 of one size and 6 of the other, and you will qualify for the bulk discount.

    ISSUES: The first issue is that if you add more items to your cart, you get a bigger discount. Have I set something up wrong?

    Second issue: when I refresh the page, and don’t touch the qty’s, the discount increases and the pricing goes down. At one point all of the items in my cart showed as $0. I had a customer order this item and it showed up as $0.20 instead of $23 like it should have.
