Discount for a payment method and subtotal not working

  • Hello there. I have pro plugin v2 and I created a rule according to which:
    – subtotal >= 29
    – payment method = card
    I cant see the “free shipping” on checkout page when the previous values are acceptable. Do you have any idea about this? Thank you!
