Hi!! I tried to use the Discount feature (70%) and I checked the option to only applied it in the first month, but in the next months I saw some reneweal payments had discount and others didn’t have. I have this problem with Stripe payment.

How can I solve this problem? Can I change the payment value or the only solution is cancel each suscription?

    Thanks!!

    Hi @huggotivi,

    Just to be sure:

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscriptions Plans -> click on the subscription plan you had this issue with -> and send a full screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
    3. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Discount Codes -> click on the discount code you had this issue with -> and send a full screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
    4. Could you please go to the WordPress Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over the member (with which you have encountered this issue), and click on the Edit Member link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Member page click on the “Edit” button from the Subscription tab and please take a screenshot of the Subscription Logs (we also want to look a all the subscription log information that appears there).?Note:?Please make sure that sensitive information, for example, the user’s email address can?not?be seen in the screenshot (make sure it’s blurred or hidden).

You can see here:?https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/member-management/#Subscription_Logs?an example of how the Subscription Logs should look.

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Hi @huggotivi,

The issue you mentioned was fixed in version 2.10.10 of Paid Member Subscriptions, so updating the PMS plugin to the latest version (2.11.0) is crucial.

It’s important to mention that this fix is applied only to the users who purchased a recurring subscription plan after you’ve updated the PMS plugin to the latest version (that has the fix). For the users who purchased the recurring subscription plan before updating the PMS plugin, to fix this issue, a workaround might be to manually put the status of their subscription plan to “Canceled” (as an Administrator) and after their subscription plan expires, these users will need to manually abandon (by themselves) their current subscription plan from the PMS Account page, after which in case they want to purchase again the subscription plan, they can do that directly from the page where you have the PMS Registration form (created with the [pms-register] shortcode).

    Best regards,
