• Hi, we have been using this plugin for along time and even have the premium one, But no support was given to any of our emails.

    When a customer pays and fails for an order, and is brought back to the site, it gives the customer another opportunity to pay for the order automatically, which is good. Then the customer now can select any payment option available at checkout page which is normal too.

    Problem is, if the customer selects a different option than the one they try to pay first with a discount via your plugin and failed and selects a different payment option without a discount from you plugin, they still get the discount from the initial gateway they select in the checkout cart.

    The selection of another payment gateway doesn’t clear your plugin’s discounts/fees. We rely need a fix for this, and this has been an issue for a long time.
