Discount coupon

  • Hello! I have a minor problem with the plugin.

    I made a discount coupon for the product?https://kanellis.tools/product/pump-gloves-polka-dot/

    I made the following choices for customer when add to cart is :

    20 pairs-10%
    40 pairs -12%
    60 pairs -15%
    above 60 pairs -20%

    but when i add to cart 40 pairs the discount is 0,60 +1,44. Therefore it adds the first discount of the 20 pairs and the discount of the 40 pairs. How can i separate this?

    You can set minimum to 20, maximum to 39 for the first tier, 40 .. 59 for the second tier etc…

    Another solution is ticking the ‘individual use only’-checkbox.

    I tried both solutions but it only works at first discount, the -12% and the others doesn’t seem to work properly:(

    Are you referring to auto-coupons? Are the coupon codes unique for every tier?

    Yes they are unique. As you can see it adds only -1,20 not 1,44 which is the proper discount

    I can’t see anything. What are the coupon codes so I can test it in your store? How are the first two coupons configured?

    Your image link doesn’t work, it’s a shortcut to your PC’s desktop.

    When I add 40 items, the polka_dot_discount_20pcs is being applied. So you didn’t set “Maximum quantity of matching products” to 39. Please share a screenshot of your coupon min/max quantity settings using a service like imgbb.com or similar.

    • Configure the 20-pieces coupon with min=20, max=39
    • Configure the 40-pieces coupon with min=40, max=59
    • etc

    In your screenshot the max quantity of the 40-pieces coupon is 39, of course that won’t work.
