Discount counting problem in cart

    Hi,

    I have a problem while using Woo Discount Rules. The thing is when I enable the discount to whole shop (its 7% discount) my cart site is going crazy.

    Ill describe you the problem on one random item from shop (you can check link to the web and to this random item)

    This item costs normally 9,99z?. When i apply discount 7% it costs 9,29z? and this you can see on product site. But when you’ll get it to the cart and you go see the cart there you have discounted already price 9,29 but the price is crossed out, and there is another price to the right which is this discounted price but minus another 7% so it is 8,64z?. But the funniest is that in total you have right value so 9,29z?..

    Is there anyway to make this plugin shows right prices in the cart? so the crossed out should be 9,99z? and the new price to the right should be 9,29z?.

    Please help me i’m trying everything but it’s still not working well…

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We checked with the given product URL.
    Seems the discount price is shown as 9.49.

    Are there any other discount rules running?

    Can you please open a support ticket here–> https://www.flycart.org/support with screenshots of the rule set up so that we can quickly have a check and assist accordingly?

    Hi,

    Yesterday at night I’ve finally took care of the problem. The discount was counted twice because of the side-cart plugin but i managed to took care of it by setting in woodiscount rules to ignore every plugins and set in settings “Suppress third party discount plugins”.

    Now that’s workrs perfectly ??
