Discount codes not working

  • I am having problems with the discount code function in the plugin.

    I have no problems creating the code etc., but when entering it on the cart page i simply get a ‘Coupon code not valid’ message.

    I have tried on two separate WP installations, and no other plugins activated on the last test, the problem is persistent.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

  • My coupon codes simply don’t work.
    I’ve tried changing their dates, their amounts, the type (percentage to fixed), and their parameters (include X, contains X).
    Nothing works.

    I am having the same problem.

    WP 3.7.1
    WP eCommerce: 3.8.12.1
    Gold Cart for WP eCommerce 2.9.7.5

    (I can’t figure out how to upgrade to 2.9.7.6)

    discount code: test
    15
    percent
    checked active
    checked “This coupon affects each product at checkout.”
    Conditions: Item name is equal to (i left the field blank)

    When I try to enter the discount code and click update, I get a message saying the discount code is not valid.
