Discount Code Not Working

    Hi,

    We are having some problems while creating Discount Codes.
    I was trying to create a new Discount Code but the system is not allowing me to apply the code on the checkout page.
    It is saying that please allow all the access passes.
    Though I have allowed the access passes.
    Kindly look into this ASAP.

    Hi,

    The discount code is – SPECIAL2000.
    When i go to checkout page and try with this discount code, throughs a error called need a all access pass where i have already enabled it.

    Hi,

    Based on the message it makes me think that when you created the discount code you set the “Required All Access Passes” setting. This means only a user that holds an All Access pass that matches that setting can use it.

    I tested it just now and it works fine IF you are logged in with a user account that has an active pass that matches the setting I mentioned above.
