Discount Code error [1]

    Hello,

    I created discount code “Special” to sign up for specific membership levels. When I tried to apply discount code as a visitor on sign up page on my site I get error. discount code error [1]

    All setting is done as it is described in instructions. still I get discount error [1].

    Looks like it is a bug. It use to work.

  • Hello. Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. That error refers to an AJAX communication error. Basically PMPro is not able to communicate with the server to validate the discount code for some reason (possibly an error or a server config). Could you let us know if there are any errors in your PHP logs, or the console in a browser such as Firefox/Chrome?

    I don’t see any errors in log. Just having issues applying the code.

    Let’s hope if fixes itself.

    I will change the level price and advertise as promotion until the code starts working again.
