Discount Code doesn’t work on the cart page

I understand that the coupon code is working as expected on the checkout page, however is not being applied on the cart page, is this correct?

After checking your site, it appears that the coupon code “glasi20” applies successfully on both the cart and checkout page, as seen below:

Have you managed to resolve this issue, or are you seeing something different?

If you are not seeing the same results as us on your end, please try clearing your browser cache and checking your site again.

If the issue persists on your end, please could you clarify if this occurs for all coupons on your site or only this specific coupon?

Also, are you using the built-in coupon management found via Marketing → Coupons or a plugin for creating coupons?

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
• Screenshot: Please share a screenshot of the coupon settings for this specific coupon.

Once you have these you can share the results in your response here.
