discount code as survey reward

Hi guys,

I’m planning to publish an online survey.
In order to thank each user for filling out the survey, I would like to give each one a personal (single use) discount code.
I’m struggling to find a solution for that. I can generate a long list of discount codes on the EDD side, but I can’t think of a way to give one of them to each person filling out the survey.

Is that something that anybody here have done already? any tips or suggestion? any survey system (monkeysurvey, sogosurvey, google survey..) that has such a functionnality that I missed?
