Discount by payment gate bugs

Hello. Please, how can I fix a bug?
I have set the Discount 3% for Direct bank Pay, but while I am switch to a delivery option, where only 1 payment gate (COD) is available, the discount freezes.To reproduce an issue, please, do following:
– Go to https://www.kvitok.sk, find and add to cart any product (the price in cart should be under 49 €)
– Click the cart icon in top right corner
– Click the button, to get to the checkout
– Disable delivery address on the right, find “krajina/región” (country) and select Slovensko (Slovakia). You will get a few delivery and payment options at the bottom of site.
– Now Priama platba prevodom na bankovy ú?et means Direct bank Pay. Dobierka means Cash on delivery. When you select Kuriér (Courier, for example Fedex, UPS etc)on left and Direct bank pay on right, the discount appears. This is ok. When you now switch do Besteron paygate, discount leaves. It’s still ok.
– Now again select Courier and Direct bank pay, but now swith on left do Kuriér + platba na dobierku (it means Courier + COD), there is only COD available on right, but discount should leave, but freezes.I need to fix this issue. How is it possible?
