Discount based on quantities across products (Use Case)

Hi,

On, my website freshfoodbox.in, I am trying to offer 10% discount to the total cart for anyone who purchases any 2 items (could be the same or different) from anywhere in the store (I only have 4 products). And 15% discount for 3 items. And 20% discount for 4 or more items.

I tried building this case in both this plugin and Pricing Deals for Woocommerce, but I am unable to select qualifying quantity.

Is it possible to build such a use case, and if so, could you show me how?
