    Hi, @bugun!

Just to make sure we’re on the same page, are you referring to the sale price annotations as described here: About sale price annotations?

If yes, you’ll want to make sure your products meet the requirements listed at the bottom of that page. These two, in particular, are especially worth noting:

    • The base price, or the higher price, must have been charged for a period of 30 days (do not need to be consecutive) in the past 200 days.
    • The discount of the sale must be greater than 5% and less than 90%.

Can you please check if your products meet those?

    Hi @bugun

It doesn’t appear like the product you linked to is on sale https://thenewlab.com.tr/aha-bha-peeling-yuz-serumu/ – can you confirm it has a sale price? like this -> https://d.pr/i/Zy4cyp

For example – I am expecting to see on your site something like https://d.pr/i/SevCzN with a sale badge and price crossed out.

As @dcka mentioned I think the sale badge likely won’t appear until the product has been on Google shopping for at least 30 days at the current base price – so it’s likely if you are new to Google shoppin you’ll need to wait a number of days.

    hi,

yes it doesn’t look like you said because the sale is over.

So the product must stay at the discounted price for 30 days? interesting!

https://snipboard.io/wkKcZX.jpg So you need to wait 30 days in normal and discounted price?

    Thanks,

    Hi @bugun,

    >So the product must stay at the discounted price for 30 days?

I believe what my colleague is saying is that NEW products take time to propagate through the system. The product needs to be available in Google Listings for 30 days before a sale badge can be applied.

    >So you need to wait 30 days in normal and discounted price?

The ad framework can take a few days to a couple of weeks to reflect product changes. You can apply a sale update and you don’t have to leave the sale price for 30 days if the product has been in the system for 30 days, but it can take time to reflect the changes in the Google Listings/Ads.

Please let us know if you have any questions!
