Discount applies at product but goes at checkout

  • I’ve got 2 bundles set up.
    1 for a 6 pack with a $2 discount and a 12 pack with $5.
    At the product bundle item selection the discount shows but at checkout it disappears.
    I’m sure this was working for me a week ago. I’ve noticed that there was an update 2 days ago.

    Hi @mellabee ,
    I have checked your bundle. When adding to the cart, the bundle price was correct, but there was an incorrect calculation of the tax added https://prnt.sc/MqsD_kxzatH1. I assumed that you charge 13% tax rate on your bundles, right?

    Please help me check the General tab o your bundle to see which tax class and tax status you are applying to them.

    Also, you can try deactivating all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to check if the subtotal and total are correct again. Reactivating other plugins one by one you will find which is causing the incorrect calculations. It might be a dynamic pricing or discount rules or any external plugin controlling the prices and taxes.
