Discord Notification – modification possible??

    Hello, i set up the option for every review to be sent to a discord channel via the disc-hook url
    – just wanna point out – THIS IS AMAZING feature!

    But since this is an open community (our discord community) i would like to keep a bit of a privacy.
    1. Is it possible to config the shown sections, such as Name/Email address/IP Address?
    2. Seen from a member perspective they can see the approve/edit review buttons.

    – does anyone know anything about modifying this feature?
